9. Successfully defended age discrimination claim and race based claim on behalf of employer using a creative defense not yet recognized by the SJC
10. Successfully defended pregnancy/disability claim on behalf of employer based on defense that employee would have been terminated despite informing the employer that she was pregnant and required a leave of absence
11. Successfully defended business owner charged with sexual harassment and adverse personnel action arising from refusal to accede to the business owner’s sexual demands
12. Successfully represented insurance agency in enforcing a non-competition/non-solicitation agreement against a former employee salesperson whom had access to the agency’s customer list
13. Represented owner of multiple rental properties in $4 million refinance and defeasance of securitized loan
14. Negotiated $3m construction contract for residential and commercial property development
15. Facilitated IRC § 1031 “reverse tax-free” exchange of commercial property
