Michael T. O’Neil is a Partner in the firm’s business law department and focuses primarily on general corporate matters of the closely-held business, mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, business succession planning, debt financings, commercial agreements, including distribution and licensing agreements, and employment/non-competition contracts.

Mr. O’Neil is a member of the Business Law Section of the American Bar Association, as well as a member of the Boston Bar Association and Massachusetts Bar Association.

Mr. O’Neil served as Articles Editor for the Boston University Law Review.
Awards
Mr. O'Neil has been honored with the distinction of Massachusetts SuperLawyer Rising Stars, for 2009, which was published in Boston Magazine.
