Work for Experience

Prior to joining the firm in 2008, Ms. Soto-Ortiz worked for the Secretary of the Commonwealth in the Corporations Division as a staff attorney. During her time at the Secretary's office, she handled all corporate and business entities, administrative hearings, and implemented the new Massachusetts Trademark statute.
