Ms. Pinkham focuses her practice in civil and business litigation, employment law matters and estate administration.

Work for Clients

On behalf of individuals, corporations, partnerships and non-profit organizations, Ms. Pinkham has successfully handled litigation matters involving real estate, business contracts, consumer protection, professional malpractice, products liability, probate matters and employment. Ms. Pinkham also advises her business clients on employment related matters, including wage issues, discrimination, harassment and wrongful termination.  

For five years prior to joining the firm in 2004, Ms. Pinkham worked at the Massachusetts State House for the Massachusetts House of Representatives where she was a Legislative Aide to a State Representative. During her tenure with the Legislature, she drafted, interpreted, and summarized state law and legislation.

Professional Activities

Ms. Pinkham is a member of the Norfolk County Bar Association and the South Shore Chamber of Commerce.  She is also active in many political campaigns, including being the Campaign Manager for a State Representative.
