Work for Clients

On behalf of individuals, corporations, partnerships and non-profit organizations, Ms. Pinkham has successfully handled litigation matters involving real estate, business contracts, consumer protection, professional malpractice, products liability, probate matters and employment. Ms. Pinkham has performed advocacy and legal services for parents of students with special needs. She has also represented her clients at various administrative agencies, including MCAD/EEOC, Division of Unemployment Assistance, Department of Revenue, Department of Labor, Department of Education, and Bureau of Special Education Appeals. Ms. Pinkham also advises her business clients on employment related matters, including wage issues, leave issues, employee classification, discrimination, harassment and wrongful termination.  

For five years prior to joining the firm in 2004, Ms. Pinkham worked at the Massachusetts State House for the Massachusetts House of Representatives where she was a Legislative Aide to a State Representative. During her tenure with the Legislature, she drafted, interpreted, and summarized state law and legislation.

Professional Activities

Ms. Pinkham is the chair of the Braintree Business Council. She also serves as the vice-chair of the Ambassador Group of the South Shore Chamber of Commerce. She is also active in many political campaigns, including being the Treasurer for a State Representative's campaign committee.
