Mr. Schlossberg now dedicates his practice on Business and Estate Planning Departments and focuses primarily on all aspects of the operation, acquisition and disposition and transfer of the closely held business. Mr. Schlossberg has greater than 30 years experience advising closely held business owners on all stages of the business life cycle. Work for ClientsIn the closely held business transaction area, Mr. Schlossberg has been involved in a broad range of business transactions, including representing hundreds of clients in buying and selling businesses; transfers of businesses to the next generation; debt and equity financings for closely held businesses; employment matters; and counseling the closely held business owner. He has served as a board member and/or special advisor to many diverse companies. Mr. Schlossberg’s practice in estate planning deals with assisting individuals of high net worth, especially the closely held business owner, in arranging their assets and the disposition of their estate. This area of practice also includes the probating of estates in various jurisdictions. Mr. Schlossberg represents clients in diverse industries, including but not limited to financial services, distributors, manufacturers and automobile dealers.
