Victory on New Massachusetts Homestead Statute - Successfully vacated real estate attachment allowing client to sell his principal residence and keep the proceeds of the sale based on the argument that the equity in his home (rather than the value unreduced by mortgage debt) was less than the amount protected by homestead, by relying on new Massachusetts Homestead statute.
